Bascar is a character that appears only in episode 10, (Rick the Lycon), of the second series: Leo the Lion (Onward, Leo). He is the current leader of the Lycons.
After challenging, and defeating Rick, Bascar took complete control over Rick's pack, believing that they all would be better off without Rick as their leader. He arrives with the other pack members to watch Rick defeat Leo, only to laugh at him for his failure, and leave him for dead.
