Dr. Plus appears in episodes "The Green Plague" and "The Eternal Mount Moon" as one of the explorers going out to find the source of the Moonlight Stones on Mount Moon. Lune (Rune), Lolo, and Lukio (Rukio) brought him the message from Mr. Mustache, and makes more of the cure for the Spots Disease. In the final episode, he falls ill after the discovery of the moonlight stones and he willingly sacrifices himself so the rest of the team can go on without waiting for him.
