Trivia[]
- This plot was taken from the chapter, "Man vs. Leopard" of the Jungle Emperor [Third Grader] (Manga). Leo is still a cub in the manga version.
- The soundtrack for Duel at Lubar Valley (for example during the opening duel between the Blind Man and the Leopards) contains a cover of the tension section of the track La Resa Dei Conti from the soundtrack of the 1965 Spaghetti Western For a Few Dollars More. Furthermore it is likely that episode itself is based upon the first two films of the Dollars Trilogy by Sergio Leone, with the Blind Man roughly filling the same role as The Man with No Name.
