Go, White Lion! (Japanese Title: "Go, Child of Panja" (行けパンジャの子)) is the first episode of the Kimba the White Lion (Jungle Emperor).
Synopsis[]
The king of the jungle, Caesar, is fooled into a trap by the humans and his mate, the queen, is captured and put on a ship. Two months later, Kimba is born and with the help of the animals on board, the ship is sunk and Kimba escapes to swim back to Africa.

English dub edits[]
- The 1966 Dub recuts the Japanese original episode to where the story takes place in a linear timeline of events.
- Caesar sets the livestock animals free in the jungle for a good cause. In the original Japanese version and the 1993 Dub, Caesar steals the livestock from the humans in order to help feed the jungle animals.
1966 Dub Lost Episode[]
For many years, a lost version of the original pilot episode of the 1966 dub was not known to exist anywhere. Until relatively recently, it has been found and restored. It was originally produced in 1965, but it was cut and replaced in 1966.
There are a few key differences with the lost pilot and the final syndicated version:
- Different Introduction animation and music (it uses the Japanese ending theme without lyrics)
- Some characters have different voice actors and dialogue.
- At the end of the episode, more lines are added to Snowene's speech to Kimba in the stars:

These lines were cut for the final release.
