Gorga ゴルガ is a one-time character from the series: The New Adventures of Kimba the White Lion (Jungle Emperor 1989). She was unfortunately shot and killed by humans while trying to reunite with her baby, Gorna after the huge expulsion.
Episode 39: Nightmare[]
Gorga had gotten separated from her baby daughter when the expulsion happened in their own jungle. She planned on migrating to safety with the other animals. Suddenly, humans came to their location and poisoned the animals and killed every last one of the animals that they could find because of radiation poisoning. Kimba (Leo) and Laiya agreed to help Gorga had her baby and hid her from the humans.
Kimba (Leo) decides to go look for Gorna on his own as it would be too dangerous for the Gorga and Laiya to search as well. Laiya takes her in the direction of Panja's jungle to safety but she's tells Laiya that she's too weak to continue. Laiya goes to get help in order to help her walk towards Panja's jungle. For the love of her baby, she decides to walk back towards the expulsion to look for her. While she does get to see her baby again, she unfortunately is shot by a helicopter in the process.
