Harmony – Part 2 (調和 – 前編) is the series finale of The New Adventures of Kimba the White Lion (Jungle Emperor 1989). This episode was never dubbed in English.

Synopsis[]

The final battle continues. The humans destroy everything and any animal in Panja's Forest that gets in their way. They fight back and casualties are heavy on both sides.

Kimba (Leo), seeing the devastation surrounding him, urges everyone in the jungle to stop fighting in this forest of peace. The Calabros tree carries Kimba/Leo's words to the entire jungle, sacrificing itself in the process. Everyone hears him and stop fighting. However, Miss Chiffon takes Lucifer's gun, determined to have the valuable metals inside Merody's Rock. She shoots, but Claw (Bubu) takes the hit for him, surprising them.

Kimba/Leo approaches Miss Chiffon as Conga asks how she cannot hear the lion's words. Lucifer notices his voice in his roaring, telling everyone that this forest is a place without fighting and to stop this killing. Miss Chiffon ignores them and tries to shoot Conga, but Kimba/Leo takes the hit. Determined to preserve peace, Kimba/Leo vows not to try and fight and asks the humans why do you kill and what are you fighting for as he struggles to get on his feet. The white lion then asks that only he be killed to stop all this bloodshed as he collapses on the ground. It is then Miss Chiffon and the humans stand down, restoring peace at last.

The episode then monologues about how 4,000 years ago, the sacred jungle protected by the White Lion God, the land of peace known as the legend of Apolivion has resurrected into the modern day, becoming a new harmony among all forms of life and beginning a new history.
