Harvey Hedgehog is a minor character in Kimba the White Lion. He appears in many episodes as a background jungle animal.
Traits[]
Harvey Hedgehog is known for being small compared to the other animals because of his species and is prone to accidentally poking other animals with his quills. His main colors are grey on his back and gold on his head, neck, belly, and feet. He also has a big, blue nose with small whiskers.
Appearances[]
Harvey appears only in the Kimba the White Lion series. He makes an appearance in Episode 3, A Human Friend, when he intervenes a stand-off between Boss Rhino and Kimba. Harvey convinces Boss Rhino not to attack the humans by telling him that the humans are headed for a bridge that's about to collapse.
In Episode 9, The Flying Tiger, Harvey briefly appears at the start of the episode yelling at an eagle named, Clutch, to bring back a rabbit that he stole from Panja’s jungle.
He also notably appears in Episode 20, Restaurant Trouble. A cheetah named Charley (Chuckie in the 1993 Dub) trips over Harvey and asks Chuckie what he is advertising.
In episode 36, he meets Colossus, the last remaining member of Brodo Birds, who tries to eat him until the other animals stop him. Despite this, he exclaims that they can't make Colosso go back to Petrified Valley because it's the rainy season, and it wouldn't be fair sending him back somewhere where it's not safe.
