Maiya (Myer) is a minor character in the New Adventures of Kimba the White Lion (Jungle Emperor 1989) series.
Appearance[]
He's an orange-brown lion cub with long bangs, light-yellow colored ears and teal eyes. His tail is thicker than other lions and it flares out at the end.
Personality[]
Once Maiya has his mind set on something, he will go through with it no matter what anyone says, even if it leads to danger. The only objection to this being: his mother when she's scolding him.
Episode 46: Longing[]
His mother was shot near Panja's jungle, so he joins her in a nearby cave while she heals. Being young, Maiya believes that true strength comes from brute strength, fangs and claws. He takes a liking towards Keruru and starts following him around, admiring his strength while calling Kimba (Leo) a coward for not fighting his battles with his claws and fangs.
