Mrs. Hippo is a Hippopotamus who lives in Kimba's Jungle, and mother to Tiny Hippo. They're almost never on-screen without eachother.

Mrs. Hippo appears a number of times throughout the series, but doesn't have any major roles in any of the episodes.
In "Jungle Thief", she becomes one of the first animals to find their food supply getting eaten, and tries to get some food before it disappears. However, she later decides instead to help Kimba make a farm for the youngsters' sake. In Episode 27, Mama Hippo mistakes Gabu for her baby.
In Episode 47 They seek shelter into the cave along with the other animals of the jungle from the Giant Spider.
