Professor Hiwaka (also known as Dr. Halloway in the English dub) is a scientist who works for Kenzou Ooyama(the creator of Neo Jungle).
Personality[]
Hiwaka is firm but fair. She presumes Kenichi was joking about understanding animals until she sees. She is also brave and kind, risking much to heal a sick Elder Dolf.

She appeared announcing Neo Jungle, Kenichi notices Leo speaking, she thinks Kenichi was making jokes. After that she was trying to call Kenichi, when he left his phone back in the jungle (Which was stolen by monkeys), she and the other scientists carried a sample of Elder Dolf, she later noticed Kenichi is with Leo, Coco Caesar (Panja)|Panja, Snowene (Eliza) and Cassius (Toto), Kenichi were carried by hunters back to his room for punishment, later Kenzou Ooyama talks to her which side is she on The humans or the animals, during the Animal rebellion, Hiwaka notices Kenichi leading Elder Dolf, she carried a shot to cure him from his sickness. She last scene where she leaves back to the real Jungle along with Leo, Kenichi, Coco, Eliza and Elder Dolf, she now notices that Kencihi really talks to animals.
