Red Rhino is a Manga-Only character that appears in Leo the Lion Cub (manga), specifically the Third Grader edition from 1966.
Appearance[]
As the name says, Red Rhino is a large rhino with (presumably) red skin. He used to have very small stubby horns, but grew them into much larger horns than most rhinos.
Personality[]
He is highly boastful, and very aggressive, taking pride in bullying other animals and quick to fight anyone who gets in his way.
History[]

Red Rhino went to the Valley of Drought in hopes of making his horns bigger. He is given privilege by the "god of the Valley of Drought" to use the local springs, which make his horns much bigger and larger. After getting this though, he arrives in Kimba (Leo)'s jungle and starts terrorizing the local animals: crushing a bird's nest for fun, driving some antelope away from a watering hole, and even crushing Pagoola's trunk during a fight with him. Kimba tricks him into using more of the spring water, which makes his horn so big he can't even move or stand up. He gives up and lets the animals cut off his horn, leaving the Jungle peacefully.
