Silvertail the Renegade (Japanese Title: " The Man-Eating Lion" 人喰いライオン )) is the 52nd and last episode of the 1965 Jungle Emperor (Kimba the White Lion) series.
Synopsis[]
Markoba (Silvertail) comes into the jungle looking for a nice meal. He’s constantly exhausted and running from hunters who want to get revenge on him for feasting on one of the humans for food from their village/camp. Kimba (Leo) and Dan’l (Mandi) try to hide the lion in a sulfur cave from the hunters. Coco (Pauly) is suspicious of Silvertail and doesn’t want the humans to be lured into the jungle and disturbing all of the animals.
Once the hunters cannot find the lion they’re after, they try and seek revenge in another way: by destroying the entire jungle, shooting at all of the wildlife. Kimba has a neat idea of bringing the jungle to them rather than have the hunters come inside the jungle. Once the hunters have gotten a scare, Kimba negotiates with the hunters that they’ll stop hunting for Silvertail as long as he doesn’t come anywhere near their village again.
