He appears to be a species of Stork with white feathers, and a long grey beard under his beak.

Kimba the White Lion (Jungle Emperor)[]
He makes two notable appearances in the 1965 anime series.
He first appears in the first episode "Go White Lion", which he arrives on a ship and informs the mice on board of an approaching storm, which he predicts will make the ship sink. After the major storm has passed, he finds Kimba (Leo) out in the ocean, relieved to find him alive. He tells Kimba the story about his father Caesar (Panja), and how brave he was just before leaving the Jungle. He tells Kimba to swim on, as he has a job to do.
He appears again in "The Bad Baboon", informing Dan'l Baboon (Buzara) about the return of Sandi. He tries talking Dan'l out of going as he was not as young as he used to be, but was told not to tell anyone about it. Despite this, he later reveals this to Kimba (Leo), believing Dan'l wouldn't have a chance.
