Tab (Bo) is one of two hyenas working for Claw (Bubu). He is shorter and fatter in appearance than Tom (Dick). Tab (Bo) always appears with his taller counterpart.

- The Japanese names for Tom and Tab, "Dick" and "Bo" are named similarly to a Japanese pun meaning "Blockheads" or "Good-for-nothings" - でくのぼう (Dekunobo).
- In episode 5 "The Homeland" of (Jungle Emperor 1989), two Hyenas that strongly resemble Tom and Tab briefly appear alongside Claw (Bubu), Cassius (Toto) and Vulture (Character).
