The Falcons (Japanese Title: "Bird of Terror" (恐怖の鳥)) is the 9th episode of the second series: Leo the Lion (Onward, Leo).
Synopsis[]
As a tornado hits through the jungle, falcons come sweeping to invade. The jungle animals work together and attempt to drive them away, including Leo's cub, Rune. Attempting to help, Rune swipes at the falcons causing them to attack his two squirrel friends, killing them. Devastated, Rune runs away to make sure he doesn't cause any more problems.
Rune saves a baby elephant from the attack, but the falcons changed their target onto him. Leo comes to his rescue as a new tornado hits the jungle. The falcons are whisked away for good.

- This episode uses a lot of stock footage from the first series: Kimba the White Lion (Jungle Emperor). Mainly, Rune's running and jump swipe animation is originally from Kimba and Leo's side running animation is from Panja (Caesar).
- This is the first time Leo physically hurts his son, the other is when he knocks him away.
