The Guardian of Mt. Moon (ムーン山の守護者 Mūn yama no gādian) is a doujinshi of the Jungle Emperor universe by French artist Reno Lamaire. Pre-published in Vol. 3 of the Tezuka tribute magazine, "TezuComi" on December 5, 2018, this one-shot story revolves around the mysterious Mt. Moon.
Plot[]
This story takes an interesting turn from the Jungle Emperor Universe and breaks the fourth wall by adding fictional characters related to Osamu Tezuka and taking place in modern times. Hiro Tezuka, the son of the CEO takes a trip to the jungle. he reminisces about his trip before posting a video about what he saw. He hastily joins the second expedition to Mt. Moon, 40 years after the first expedition. He then meets of mysterious white lion, guardian of the two lost worlds.
