The Law of the Jungle (森の掟) is the 11th episode of The New Adventures of Kimba the White Lion (Jungle Emperor 1989).

"A heard of hungry elephants have come to the jungle. They act like they're going to eat all of it! In Panja's Jungle, Bizo's pranks are starting to make everyone angry... I have to fight for the jungle!"
Synopsis[]
A herd of elephants have come to Panja's Jungle, while Bizo is bullying other animals.
Plot[]
The nearby Skull Rock jungle animals are fleeing from a herd of elephants that have invaded their jungle causing a ruckus. The animals take refuge in Panja's Jungle. Bizo wanders off into Panja's jungle when he doesn't get attention from his father, Pagoola (Pagura).
The aloof prankster, Bizo gets himself into trouble with all of the jungle animals including the animal refugees. Bubu (Jamar) and Toto (Shaka) try to kick Bizo out while taking the opportunity to challenge Kimba (Leo) in the process.
Eventually, Pagoola (Pagura) confronts Kimba (Leo) in his own jungle, looking for his son. He's wiling to stop at nothing to find his son, despite Kimba (Leo) stating the rule in his jungle: no fighting each other. Bizo shows up and sticks up for Kimba (Leo), showing his dad that he's wrong. The confrontation ends peacefully and the herd returns.

Changes in the English Dub[]

- A elephant from the heard collapsing in the desert wasteland (and presumably dying) is cut out.
- Dialogue from the elephants in the Skull Rock jungle, including Bizo and Pagoola were added in.
- Coco asks Kimba (Leo) why the other animals are sometimes afraid of him. In the original Japanese version, the question KImba (Leo) asks is: "Are you afraid of me?"
- Bizo stomping on and killing a butterfly is removed.
- When Toto (Shaka) pounces on Kimba (Leo), the dub added a joke regarding Bubu's mother ("Your Mom" joke).
- A scene where Tony (T.K) defends Kimba (Leo) and lunges towards Bubu (Jamar) is cut as well as shortened fight scenes with Bizo, Bubu, Toto and (Kimba) Leo.
