Wiley (also known as Myu in Japanese) is a minor character in the series: Kimba the White Lion (Jungle Emperor). He first appears in Episode 28 - The Wild Wildcat.
Personality[]
He is mischievous and causes a lot of trouble. However, when Kimba learns of his past and motivation for destroying things, Myu later becomes of a Kimba's friends.
Appearances[]
In the episode - The Wild Wildcat, Myu shows up in the jungle to cause trouble, injuring Kitty and destroying some of Dan’l (Mandi)’s restaurant in the process. Kimba wonders why he causes so much trouble and tries to think of a way calm him down. First, Kimba joins in his rampage to try and get through with him and make him listen to Kimba. Then, Myu talks in sleep about hunters killing his mother, which is why Wiley causes havoc to everyone else around him. He later apologizes to Kitty for attacking her.
Myu later shows up again in episode 46 - The Return of Fancy Prancy. He is among Kimba's friends as they play a game in a tree. Although, in the 1966 English Dub, they changed his name to "Lynxy". It is unknown if it is a different character in this dub or if they had forgotten his previous name, "Wiley".
